Course contents
Storage systems and vehicle charging infrastructure can significantly increase the self-consumption of generated solar power and increase the degree of self-sufficiency of the PV system operator.
This seminar will enable you to assess the professional and high-quality planning, installation and cost-effectiveness of state-of-the-art electrical energy storage systems and charging infrastructure.
Participants will also learn about the key applicable guidelines and standards for the planning, installation and operation of electrical energy storage systems and charging infrastructure solutions on the low-voltage grid. The focus is on the combination with PV systems in the domestic and commercial sector (no large-scale industrial storage systems).
What do you take with you
- Current status of e-mobility and storage technology in Germany
- Charging standards and performance
- Energy management and charging power management
- Buffer storage to reduce grid load and costs (peak load capping)
- Planning, design and profitability analyses of battery storage systems and charging infrastructure
- Normative framework conditions as well as safety and ecological aspects
Target groups
Specialists and managers in the electrical, battery and solar sectors as well as companies in the energy industry such as energy suppliers or grid operators. In particular engineers, planners, technicians, master craftsmen, installers, appraisers, experts, energy consultants as well as construction planners and academics with electrical engineering experience from other technical disciplines or employees of educational and research institutions
Languages
The course is offered in German.
